Tamara Murock

Tamara W. Murock is the founding principle of the Law Office of Tamara W. Murock, PLLC. She grew up in Butte, Montana and then attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University in 1993, and magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1996. After graduating from law school and passing the Washington State Bar Examination, she obtained her LL.M. in Taxation (Masters in Taxation) from the University of Washington in 1997.


Tamara began practicing law in Spokane, Washington in 1997, and during the course of her practice, has represented clients in all aspects of cases involving taxation, wills, trusts and guardianships, estate planning, probate and estate settlement, real estate and land use, business and corporate law, commercial and business transactions and other general legal matters.


Tamara’s clients include individuals, for profit and nonprofit businesses and associations, personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in the greater Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas, as well as throughout the states of Washington, Idaho and Montana.


Tamara has been licensed to practice law in Washington since 1996, in Idaho since 1998, and in Montana since 2009. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Idaho Bar Association, the Montana Bar Association, the Spokane County Bar Association and the Spokane Estate Planning Council. She is admitted to practice before all courts of the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and the United States Tax Court.


Tamara is also an Adjunct Professor at the Gonzaga University School of Law. She teaches future lawyers in courses of partnership taxation and taxation of business entities, which include the fundamental principles of taxation of partnerships, limited liabilities companies, C corporations and S Corporations.
